Plz Reread my first post , you pounced on to quote eagerly where facts about Disha murder , M Police's incompetency , M Police targeting of people who are speaking on Sushant n Disha case and jailing them are openly stated , yet you choose to ignore those hard facts n quoted - when is arnab fighting for justice ? Like what ?? Your question is answered in what you quoted already. The Modi government is arguing in court that sedition charges against journalist Vinod Dua should not be dropped. His crime? Abetment of anyone’s suicide? A suicide note blaming him? No. Merely criticising the Modi government.

It is inexplicable why Arnab Goswami deserves greater freedom than Parashar Biswas, a journalist in Tripura who was beaten up after criticising Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s threat to the media on his handling of Covid-19 pandemic.

They need not to arrest Arnab separately. Once he is juidicial custody, the case can be investigated and final charge sheet would be submitted to court.
