It depends on how you look at it. All well respected journalist have defamed people and paid the price for it at some time. Best example would be Julian Asange. He sure did defame the Bush and Obama administration. One for NSA spying and the other for human rights violations during war. He is still considered a hero for many.

People forget that Indian Penal Code is same for all citizens irrespective of any differences. If Arnab was responsible for suicide and the case was closed due to political pressure it will be reopened.

Every person has a right to justice whether they are celebrities or not. Right to justice is not exclusively reserved for famous people. It is same for all. This includes late designer, Nikita Tomar and the Hathras Victim.

Anyways , Since you quoted n asked me - Open Coverup of Sushant and Disha's murder by Maharashtra Government - Forcefully declaring suicide within 15 minutes and first declaring Disha's death as suicide which have no logical basis given circumstantial evidence n then failed attempt to make it as accident where she slipped - That was Justice - which ruffled Maha Government and D Gang Cronies - which lead to expose of Drug Racket n potential of trafficking, hawala (money laundering) , Underworld links - Hence opening old closed case against Arnab so he stop covering these - No one is fool to bypass this fascism and call it legit action.
