but IT industry and such things are very very miniscule percentage..

I read your case. It reminded me a case in my office where senior officer keeps favoring female employees and then started touching them inappropriately. You think women feels comfortable with favors. You are wrong because every favor is needed to be returned, which is certainly not comfortable.

The ba*****s I have heard in office blamed women for not doing their job just because they complained about their behaviour. They start increasing women's workload, they started asking them to do peon's job when women said no even when they were 4 posts above the peon's job. When complaints are filed, other men ask the women to take back their complaint because- unki job kharab ho jayegi.

You are just seeing one half which you want to see. Please see the other half.

Wait! What am I reading? Men can be bored of their wives and ask pretty girls for pleasure and it's fine because you feel the girls have given their consent??? 😕

Such men must have heard the term "brothel" ad they can find pleasure there and not in their office 🤢

People seems to forget unlike usual crimes ...in case of sexual harrasment ..u cant have any strong evidence...this big loophole is manipulated by all the people who uses their power.

this is the exact reason why many victims stay silent...coz they cant prove ? thats the crux of #metoo movement ...to give voice to such men/women who were afraid to talk about it. If one talks other person might get courage too.

Also, some can take advantage of these movements but fake cases are minority...majority of sexual assault cases are true. this is not about feminism period.

u should go back and do some statistics of fake cases vs real cases...iske liye dimaag lagana zaroori hai...

I think this is stupidity on another level to say that women are always right and men always wrong. The world is so big that right or wrong does not only belong to one gender. Then there is also a matter of how societies, communities and cultures play a very important role in how right and wrong is perceived.

Yours truly has experienced sexual harassment first hand at work place. She was married and older then me. That was not the issue. She had linked my work to it. I realised it and refused to toe her line so she started cornering me. Finally i left the job in about 2 months, landed a better one. Fortunately it was only a temporary industry for me that I had become part of bcoz it paid good money. So when women go all holier than thou regarding false allegations I take it with a pinch of salt. Many women also do it but they get away with it because they are women.

Why are people upset with Raj Kumar Hirani supporters? If they feel that the woman is lying then it's their opinion based on their observations.

Men are in this world because of women. Good looking, women with kind nature will always get a bias against all odds. Gender equality is about giving the Women a level ground not about treating men like they do women.. so where as you can expect your boss to open the car door for your female colleague don't expect them to do the same for you!! :) Not all women are "good" hey could be manipulative and hurtful... so yes... despite those exceptions I think the rule is the same. Btw this ".Why is a man called a misogynist if he chooses to support a man over a woman?" is new... i thought these days they were not called misogynists.. but gay lol... Unfortunately this is how it will be for good. Its like having a kid brother who gets more attention whereas the elder one is expected to be more giving in types.. It will always be a mans world but women will control it... :(
