you mean why I dont trust them then my response is because they are the same people who are engaged in stone pelting . They are the same people who have time again and again tried to stall army operations agaisnt terrorists . There was an article in TOI recently where it was clearly written that mosque loudspeakers were being used by local people to tell terrorist of army position. Army had to literally clear everyone out from a radius of 2 km and more.
