I think what constitutes abetting has loopholes in our laws but yes, in the case of Pratyusha, the man seems accountable.

Relationships are complicated especially when two young persons are in love.
Often a breakup leads to suicide so they should not quick start their relationship but get to know each other better first.
When jealousy steps in a nice loving girl or guy can turn into a Monster !🤢
When breakups happen, at least one party is injured and becomes vulnerable and suicidal.

Whats love!! we have fancy words for simple things I guess. But watching her videos made me feel she was ok with him and not at all suicidal.. and I would even exonerate him from any guilt.. This is a big mystery... I can only see some crime of passion if at all.. meaning actions taken in a spur of a moment lets say after a fight or something and if she really took drugs as claimed.. its more likely

Somewhere I feel that pratyusha was murdered. One of her friends in the press conference said that she wanted to file a case against her boyfriend and she had an appointment with the lawyer on the day of her death.Pratyusha had talked about it to her friend the day before her death. Then why will she commit suicide?😕😲
Let's hope the truth comes out soon and this case doesn't turn out to be another Divya Bharti case which is still a mystery.
Regarding the TM's question, there is a law in india where people who are responsible for someone committing suicide can be punished.

Suicide is veri unlikely..

I dont think she was murdered.either People read too much between the lines in hind sight.. both of them liked each other and looked comfy and cosy around each other.. I dont think rahul would kill her.. she was such a sweet person as you could see from some of their videos..I think she died accidentally under influence of drugs while playing the choking game.. or something...

Oh did not see any vid.
Crimes of passion are often rape and murder ! something that has been highlighted in India lately... could all be due to Bollywood and TV.

Summer, crimes of passion has nothing to do with rape and murder (these are mostly premeditated amongst known people) - its spur of the moment rage or sudden impulse, - the correct word for this is impulse..!

Suicide is a very momentous decision. It just take one moment to decide and execute. If someone is there to stop, the life can be saved.
There were news about that guy slapping her in Mall. It might be that moment. Or there may be some other problems. The person should be blamed if he/she has tortured the victim for a log time like in case of abusive husband/in-laws. It depends on the case. Here I think Pratyusha has options. If she was suffering from depression, then I don't think the BF would be accused of abatement of suicide.

No.
Different people, different sensitivities, different madness.

Even if the departed mentions in their suicide notes holding someone "responsible" for their death, it should have no validity.

Each person known or involved with the departed may be interrogated so as to rule out foul play, that is all.

First of all a suicide note is the only one accepted without any verification.. so "should have no validity" makes no sense.. May be the dying woman wants to get even with all those she is leaving behind - even then the dying person is always right and the the people she points at are at best abettors at worst killers!!!
