What's this about Indian reality, eh? So if one man makes some misogynistic statements, every Indian man must pay the price?

You have a serious case of misandry especially of Indian men.

* half the world looks at me like a criminal
* I'm innocent * What have I done to get this ?

Neither do we have evidence that Sarabjeet Singh did anything bad. If that is so, he is not to be charged. Also those who look at him as if he is a criminal are also culprits. Also if Sarabjeet Singh is innocent, Jasleen Kaur is not because she has charged him with crimes. If it is not for her publicity, why is she framing an innocent man?

According to eyewitness reports, he was trying to jump a red light. What's the max fine? Rs 200-300.

Now he's been labelled a pervert and his photo been splashed all over. Why? Only because of a petty ,mean and vindictive woman.

Its not just "one man" as you would like to put it but a powerful influential leader of one of the larger state of our country unlike that commoner girl you and M-from -US are tom- toming about. Not to blame you really as such cases are rare and you would be hard pressed to come across these unlike the likes of the politicians remarks which are a plenty in the country.

All I am trying to say is try and see things in their proper perspective instead of blowing one odd case out of proportion while summarily ignoring all the glaring horrifying tales you come across on picking up any newspaper at random.

However if you wish to continue with mahan- to- Us in decalring the male gender as forgotten or victimised gender of the country then suit yourself.

I have nothing to say except this "All are equal in front of the law". This old adage is not true anymore and it's a shame.

I have repeatedly written that men should not be assumed guilty just because the complainant is a woman. Yes I support @maha2us. Men are being discriminated against now.

You look at everything through the idea of the patriarchal society so forget it. You''ll never get it.

And please do continue to read and post views of people like Mulayam Singh to support your warped idea of justice. It's rather entertaining. 😊

It wasn't in the past and it isn't now. That is because law depends on human beings for its administration and human beings are shaped by the society in which they grow. Their response can be influenced by their own experience.

Did anyone refute that?

Enjoy the company. Best wishes to you. We may get to see a more CGUTL version soon.😆

Now what did I miss

Sure buddy 😆 I keep posting the archaic views of "elected leaders" like MS who can influence thousands of their followers while your team grab and post any news about teenaged girls
trying to grab attention with publicity stunt as your friend says. That should be rather entertaining.😆

Is it a new twist in the tale then. Will check out the video later but most likely they did not know each other. If the eyewitness hadn't come forward, Sarbjit's life was pretty much ruined and only Jasleen would have benefitted.

With an eyewitness, no one stands to gain really.
