Govt is behaving like ostrich , its internet world and nothing can be hidden . Very depressing , frustrating and makes your blood boil when you read these kind of insensitive comments . Want to write so much , it was quite discussed in that time also .

Only cabaret dancers stay out after 6:30 PM. All women who stay out after 6:30 PM are loose, drunkards and available. So anything can be done with them. If you want to stay safe and be thought of as decent then don't go out after sunset.

If you are not perceived as decent then anyone can rape you.

Rape is consensual, most women enjoy it first, then cry foul when they feel guilty.

Never fight back or resist, otherwise they will pull out your intestines and kill you. Let rapist do his thing while you remain silent.

Poverty, unemployment, child labour, Bollywood, women, alcohol, po*n, meat, culture, stress, nature - all are responsible for rape except men themselves. It is natural for men to get attracted to women. They can't control. So women should stay in limits set by men and follow rules of decency as defined by men.

What is rape anyway? Men are entitled to sex. It is natural. Boys just wanna have fun. Rape is a fake term.
