ok, i know that was long & confusing ..& women yet again might feel burdened by this approach since the responsibility of future generation lies with them & men yet again might feel threatened to compete or belittled by this approach but the trick is to not think about it..we have reached a point where human society has become very complex..so the best thing to do is , sit back , relax, enjoy ur life & not worry excessively about how women's current choices will determine the future generation..am i making any sense ?😆

You are making perfect sense to me... but will reply to this tomorrow. HIGGGHHH time I sleep, my eyes are beginning to feel tired too, how do you stay awake so late, especially on wintery nights? 😆
EDIT -- Oh wait, it isnt 'wintery' there I guess. 😃 is it a sad, or a good thing to live in such climate? 😆

@RTH, what does this mean??

Typo.

woman who is expected to peacock for male attention.

Yes.
Earlier, when you were talking about females and their choices, i was like " What is this all about?" 😆 but this one makes sense.
However,I think this is more appropriate for the past than in the current scenario.

Which one do you agree with? And why? Why didnt Krootkin's theory succeed? There's truth in both. Anyways... you're thoughts please :)

Thankyou.

I believe in darvin's theory.
The unfit don't survive long enough to reproduce and gradually perish.
There are animals who aren't social but still survive and reproduce.

So then i have one more question - how do u feel about cosmetics surgeries from an evolutionary perspective based on 'survival of the fittest' ?..i mean if people keep on artificially modifying their looks to become more attractive & win in the mating game , they are tampering with proper natural selection, as in, undesirable characteristics features will still be retained in the next generation, right ?... ofcourse in the modern human society wherein people are more inclined towards 'co-operation' rather than 'survival of the fittest', this argument wont hold any importance but still that approach hardly negates the argument..which brings us back to the previous speculation - 'it remains to be seen if humans are working with nature or against the nature' ...

Also, does anybody else feels that the concept of 'arranged marriage' goes against law of natural selection ?..
