How important is X-factor?

meaning for X-factor .. ( source: urban dictionary)

an indescribable quality or something; something about a person that you cannot put your finger on;

I don't know what it is; she's not that pretty, but has this x-factor which makes her very hot.

we all have witnessed that X-factor has been given importance in the reality shows, in showbiiz and to some extent in work place...

so my question is how much importance you would give/ or not give to X-factor in the current scene.. be it your work place / life/ showbiz world ?

If beauty is in the eye of beholder then X-Factor is what tickles your fancy or connects you with that person.

X-Factor is important for obvious reasons because it is the reason why you like someone more then the other person. For Example in Sony's Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa dance competition MAhesh Manjerekar is almost everyone's favorite even though Shveta Salve dances very elegantly and much better. Both Mahesh and Shveta got same number of points from the judges.
X-Factor does not only describe who is hot but is very much needed to appeal to the other person.

Like in Little champs Sameer has some kind of "X-Factor"
but he is not the best singer on the show
people like him for some reason
i think x-factor has a big impact on the way people look at things
like the first day at a new school you want to become friends with the people with the most "x-factor"

ya ithink x factor is very imp wht it is no one knws my be the defiantion of it varies which each person but its the only thing which may attract u to people.
like if u have everything but not x fctor thn there is something very crucial missing

X-factor is how much sum1 attracts u to himself. Its not just based on looks, n talent, its based on that force of attraction. It maybe nature, sense of homour or simply just the attitude of the person!! X-Factor is important in certain areas of life, for example if u have an x factor den u mite make a better advertising diesghner in certain companies, or maybe u will be a better host or maybe a model or even a singer bec at the end of the days, its the public who decides what ur. So if u wanna go into public relationship x factor is very important and cant be overlooked or u can never be succesfull. However x factor should be the basis of a job where talent is more important. Now u really cant make sum1 an accontant in ur office just bec that person has x factor can u?? In sum places its talent that counts while in other its ur x factor.

I feel most of the people possess one or the other X factor,each is interesting!!
Say Maya Memsaab,QT , Sareg, realitybites,pradarshak,bhilwara,lighthouse,qwerty,egghatche r all make the topics intersting.

When people dont really want to be observant or think they tend to call it the X-factor.. it comes from the first unknown variable in math... If you dont know something lets call it "X" 😊
