In layman's terms, dude they need to get laid. They have been going through a dry spell too long or are dragging around excessive v-card baggage. A good satisfactory boom-boom should do the trick and have them being happy, normal, well adjusted human beings.

Now your second situation is a lot more complex. Various experts will diagnose such a person with various ailments like dissociative personality disorder, schizophrenia, hypersensitivity, attention seeking deficit disorder, paranoid delusions and what not.

All this complex scientific mumbo jumbo means one simple thing really. No one loves them. Even their mom dropped them on their head frequently as a child causing severe damage to the brain cells. Their family raised them like a red headed step child always wishing that they had given birth to the kid next door instead. Even their significant others frequently cheat on them because it is so hard to love them.

All these people need is some love. Be compassionate, be generous. Shower them with plenty of love and affection. It is ok to let them have delusions of grandeur. Just make them feel loved and wanted.

This has to be one of the biggest piece of crap (though funny as hell) that I have ever read here on this forum. lol. You wanna know the last one? Use "human psychology" to explain what goes inside a "brain cell" that leads to behaviors like "whinning and frustation". lol
