Saas and bahu have to share a home together, be responsible for taking care of a family together in different ways and have to face tensions about who does what in the home turf. It's all very complicated. Sasur damad rarely even live together, let alone face such problems.

I don't know about that. I think boys feel they have a right to comment on everything, including the experience of women, when they may have rarely spent time with their mother or sister discussing gender issues with them.
Why women's rights and not men's rights?
Because women's rights are only in theory and not actuality.

Why not go ahead and lead this world?
Everyone is doing their part to lead the world even if it is by being a mother or by providing for their family and the next generation. We all have to share that responsibility.
