Nupur in and Rajesh Out...why?

What sort of justice system we have in India? Nupur Talwar has been sent to jail and her husband is out on Bail. Why. Is he not guilty equally? Just because she has evaded going to the court they have sent her to jail and the man is just not being spoken about at all. What is happenning? Are they guilty or this is just another game the CBI is playing. Two people have been assasinated and after all this time the courts are battling about what is to be done with this couple. This couple has been (if guilty) playing the fool with the justice system of India. If not guilty the the Investigating team have been a total failure which is too shameful for a country like India. Hope justice prevails and the guilty are punished soon.

I asked my mom, can parent do such thing to their child after i came to know that she was adopted.So what if she was adopted, she stayed with them for fourteen years and they loved her very much and provided her with all the luxory.

I am really clueless on what is happening to the arushi talwar case honestly. This happened in 2008. It's been 4 years - such a shame that justice still hasn't been served.

Was it really honour killing ? Did the parents really see their daughter in a compromising situation - thus "sacrificed" her ?!

Does the Talwar family have relationships with the Gandhi family? And what's the media n court saying now? Has their been any valid proper confession yet ?

Its one of the most intriguing real life mystery. The CBI had almost let the Talwars go free . If the Talwars hadnt pursued the case it just might have died down like ,many other cases.

All the prooof was destroooyed the first day. During the night of assasination and the day after.
