No need. I have died before 😆
Even sleep is temporary death. My challenge is keeping awake while asleep. Apparently being mindful of the incoming and outgoing breath helps.
Robert Monroe introduced other techniques which is interesting too.

i know what u mean but there are pple who sleep with one open, even the smallest sound they will wake up. however me i sleep like log.

There is a life after death! in the hereafter we will be rewared and punished for all our deeds in this world... if there was no life after death then what would be the point of living right?

Yes some are real deep sleepers.

The idea is to go into deep sleep, lose consciousness of the outer world and yet be aware of just the inner world. Problem is in losing the outer and entering the inner would be like entering into another dream world 😆

Once I realized in my dream that I was already dead. I thought to myself that I must have had a heartattack and died in sleep. But I was so happy and started floating around, it was the moment I had been waiting for.

But then I wanted to know how it was going on at home, just to have a peek. Sadly it caused me to wake up. So once we are dead we should not think of home 😆

Yes. There are many ways of looking at things.

As we keep looking we find that the sea merges with the sky.

Or does it? Is there any thing called "sky"? Anyway, if there is life after death then there is no death basically. A person is always alive. He transcends from one form of life to another seamlessly. Well, too hard to believe that theory. I personally think that a person dies and decompose. Gross, I know.
