I assumed it was Uniform Reporting System. Therein lies the confusion.

If someone says 'X is the most romantic song'. That is debateable.
If someone says 'For me X is the most romantic song'. That is personal perception.

But see I was debating because I was told that I cannot use Bad Romance as my most romantic song.
