I'm all for punctuality. Provided, others follow suit. Don't want to reach on time only to twiddle my thumbs, waiting for the other person to show up hours later.

Yes the golden rule has been do not keep others waiting for you.
Generally I think we should never be late for all important events.

Important times are normally Feeding times or meeting the Boss times.

Yeah, I think Punctuality is important, but it's okay for someone to be late to an important meeting or event for up to half an hour maximum. More than that gets irritating for the person who is waiting. Even 30 mins for some events is not preferrable. I'd say 10 minutes late should be the max. For one of the family dinners my parents hosted at our house, one of the guests came two hours late and we had to wait for them before starting dinner because they were the "VIP" guests. Everyone else was getting irritated and trying not to show it, but it spoiled the night because dinner got cold and was no longer "fresh out of the oven" and no one had much appetite anymore because we all munched on too many snacks waiting for the VIP guests.😔
I think Rani is pretty cool about punctuality, she's a good example.👍🏼

Punctuality is important as listed below in order of life altering priority

1) Being on time to be the first group in line for the Harry Potter camp out

2) Being on time to get good seats for any opening time show

3) Being on time to make sure you do not miss any of the previews in a movie

4) Being on time to make sure that the consoles are not sold out when you get there

5) Being in time to a restaurant before their lunch special deals are over

6) To ensure that you do not have to skip on donuts and coffee before a meeting

7) A job interview

8) To avoid risk of being written up for late attendance

9) Examinations that disqualify you if you are late

10) To make an impression on someone special (and if they are specialer or if you were late last time this becomes priority number one)

Otherwise procrastination and casual demeanor rules. Punctuality is only for those people who have no time to appreciate the finer things in life. The rest of us are like wizards, we get there precisely when we mean to – never late or early.

Nice list in some cases you may have to queue overnight like for Harry Potter. Replies to IF is also not urgent.😆

Hmm, good list.👍🏼 Esp agree with #1!😉 *Sigh* But I've never been to a camp out despite being a hard core fan.😭
By your last sentence, are you referring to the Weasleys' dramatic entrance in GoF?

If you mean the wizards never being to late or early. Its a Gandalf quote from Lord of the Rings.
