Now coming to the topic,if Remo had to balance the top 8,then why selecting some talents which were bound to not enter when the show inches to the finale? He can easily select Jeet instead of Amardeep..Again is he trying to show sympathy to girls? I love Sri Rama Nataka Niketan,they are talented and well deserved but HOS ?? Just because they are girls group ?Tuttix are better than them but never got the scores they deserve.

Regarding Chow,i have already said what i feel in multiple posts so skipping that.

I wish Aryan,Bir,SRNN,Tarun-shiavani or AVP make it to the finale.

As to your question on how or why Remo made this top 8 selection, I am also puzzled. I wish we could just ask him. But I like to belief that Remo, from his position and judging live, sees more or other things than we can see, watching comfortably from our chairs.

I sometimes watch the episodes or specific scenes several times which allows me to notice whatever I had missed out initially. When you watch live and have to score on the spot then like in sports the referee sees things which were not shown from a different angle, caught on camera or even miss a detail. Either way, if he would have selected any other contestant except for HOS or Chow, we would still have a topic like this. Regardless Remo's choices, we will always has questions and side comments.

Maybe he sees the contestants full journey, growth, possibilities, high scores (but in that case some contestants never had a chance even in this last weekend), eagerness, fans, variety of Dance styles are represented in the selection as much as possible (in that way balanced).

Chow in dance style can be put against Bir, Ayush and Mukesh, Tarun and Shivani. And only in that comparison, Chow's performances in overall were a bit less fierce. The selection made is most likely done to have a round about equal amount of boys and girls, variety.

Maybe I am seeing things too bright and positive because this is about Remo and I love the guy. Maybe I am trying to convince myself or maybe I actually believe this. Either way, all these contestants can count on love and assistance to get a step further in their dance career. In that sense it is a win-win situation. Even without selection,fhey are all winners.

Side note: some people like Chow are just marvelous gems of dancers / artists but don't do well in such competitions. Whether it is because of the assignments props themes or accepting and translating others choreography, I don't know. But if you strip this all away and just let them dance, they would wow you again and again. I think Chow is a perfect example of someone who should stay away now from contests and build further on the fame and fans gained so far and focus on his pure art. Especially dance plus is not just any show to showcase your talent. I would have selected Chow because I am convinced he would have wowed us.

If you ask me, then I would have surely chosen Chow. I still cannot the digest the fact that Chow isnt there so I am trying to get into Remo's head and trying to understand why he did that. One possibility is the growth as I said. Now coming to your point, maybe he sees the whole journey+ the final dance, and as for wildcards, he just sees whether they could match up to existing dancers and their growth.

I agree with most of his decisions, but yes Chow over HOS anyday! Wish he had selected Chow. HOS and Ayush and Mukesh...not worthy according to me.

I agree Twinkle! Getting into his head...not difficult, but impossible! 😆 I love him, but I don't understand his decisions at times...
