I think It's skipper and their effort to think out of the box in choreography is making this show very interesting. These skippers are out there to show their talent in choreography and make a place for them in dance career and they are always giving their 100%. There is also a surprise element as we don't know these skippers that well and what dance forms they can bring. This surprise element is also keeping us interested. In DID2 with Terrence, Gita and Remo we pretty much knew their strengths and what to expect from them. We knew if there is Terrence there will be lots of contemporary, Remo will give lots of hip hop and Geeta will probably go for bollywood and classical. We did get to see some excellent choreography but there was not much of surprise element.

I am enjoying this new format of DID lil champs which is same like SYTYCD which eliminates bias of judges(masters) towards their contestants. what about you guys?

I like this format better where the choreographers who are competing are also not judging at the same time. There is a direct conflict of interest when this is not so.
I really like to see the skippers choregraphy....but
Watching Terrence, Geeta and Remo's choregraphy has it own charm too.

Yes overall format is pretty good -
However I would like to change one thing i.e Nominating contestants in Trail Zone - that should be done by third party ( may be Judges ) rather than Skippers - just to eliminate any safe play / biased factor. ( actually for now LM and later on DID too )
