Guys today it's our SD4 Bacchas Vs Bacchas. All Stars VS Classical Queens , who the hell do I support?🤣

Also looks like they rightfully changed the format and got all the three teams to battle in the last round. So it's All Stars VS Classical Queens VS Opps Crew today 🥳

That piddi Riddhi doing wacking with those tiny hands of hers 🤣❤️ She killed it with Tushar today!!

Also guys I think we were simply blaiming Sony, it's Tushar who probably just loves bad 90s songs 🤣

Also, does anybody else feel that Team Tushar is pretty weak compared to the rest two? He has the two weakest solo dancers. Then there's Yash and Aradhya who I feel are one of the weakest as well. His only hope to win are All Stars, though I'm pretty sure they aren't winning this show no matter how much they are rightfully hyped 🤪 Then there's Anshika, who'll go to finale, but again won't win. My point is, he has the weakest team. Gang Pratik is SOLID on the other hand. Ek se badhke ek kamaal ke contestants. Arnav or Aditya might be the weakest, but even that's saying something. Sonali also has amazing contestants. Tbh, it would have been fine if there weren't these hardcore challenges to win. But since there is, Tushar is definitely not winning it with Falak or Ridhi, nor are they going to rock in a battle 🤡

On the other hand, mein performances bahot kam dekhti hu, but I know everyone's names. Especially since it's the same people recycled here and there 🤣🤣

As for DDJ, I think this was a very okayish week. Everyone looked under-rehearsed. I started to doubt the kids themselves, but then realized it might have been put together in the last minute. Phir bhi tribute ke liye itni samay lete hai ye log. And that too for Akshay Kumar who didn't even have the galls to appreciate them properly 🤣

Challenge 1 -

Raish did a fantastic opening with that Prithviraj Chauhan act. The choreography was spectacular and he performed so well. Hats-off to the team 🥳 Sorry, but hamaare SD ka Prithvi ke act ko khaa gaya 😆 Great production value. Looks like sab ke sab usi ke rehearsals me pad gaye 🤪 Prateek's performance was really good, but that was such a pheeka act on Teri Mitti. Poor storytelling imo. It didn't really connect with me emotionally. Bilkul bhi feel nahi aaya. Priyanshi showed amazing improvement, but wouldn't say the same for Sonali's choreo. It was strictly fine. Like Momma said, Anshika had set the bar high for that song with Vartika 😆 Although Priyanshi did try her very best, and you can see her confidence growth 👏

Challenge 2 -

Falak got Sonali's energy all of a sudden. She did well with what was given, but what she was given isn't even worth a mention 🤪 Such poor choreography sirf Tushar hi kar sakta hai 🤪 I really liked Anshika's act, but idk, I'm not gelling with her dance style. It's a weird mix of robotic and popping. Looks like Amardeep got stuck trying to become Tiger She deserved the win though I don't think doing the same thing over and over is going to take her to Top 6. Also, please koi expressions sikha do use 🤪 While Pratik is doing a fab job otherwise, he has no idea what to do with Arnav. Storytelling is clearly not working, and that baccha deserves so much more. I see a lot of potential in him. He has such great control of his body, I think he can be as good as Gaurav with the right guidance. Just give him something that focuses on himself. Absolutely loved the judge's comments over his act, everything on point.

Challenge 3 -

Runjuna is easily one of the weakest contestants. That choreo was good, but everything else failed to make an impact. Don't understand what the judges saw in that act. Her lipsync was throwing me off, and somehow she just couldn't manage to execute the act as she was given. The kathak was okay, but I just ended up watching Sonali tbh 🤪 C-Company should have been the clear winner What a beautiful act! Always a pleasure to watch Pratik dance, and Spriha easily outshines the rest 3 of them, who frankly only have the movements, not the feel 🤪 But who's watching for feel when everyone just looks so beautiful on that stage?! Ridhi did so so well with TS. Uff kya kar di uss bacchi ne! Clear improvement from her previous acts. Though there were plenty of mistakes, she just made them look adorable 😆 Also, dancing on heels, and her cute wacking!! 😆👏

Challenge 4 -

Geet was the best obviously. Can't speak for the Odessey, but she did nail the posture and constant switching from back to front 👏 Also loved the idea and the choreo. Aditya was fine, some mistakes were very visible. I'm frankly not very happy with his selection to Top 6. That's just taking away one spot from the rest of the kids who are so much better 🤪 But he did perform great so far, so I guess it's okay.

No points for guessing who choreographed Yash-Aradhya's act 🤪 It looked like Aryan was trying to recreate one of his acts with Raktim, with some help from Subhranil 🤪 Idk, those kids have lots of sync issues and their chemistry is just off. Couldn't connect with any of their acts so far.

I wholeheartedly agree with ur points. Yesterday i was feeling the same bout his teammates, like except All Stars, rest of the gang are pretty mamahuhu level compared to Pratik's gang and Robo Dobo might reach top 6 as consolation prize, though i would defo take Riddhi over her in top 6 🤣

Today's episode was much much bettahhh than yesterday. The Story Sonali picked to portray seems similar like the one Anu did with Arshiya bout that forgotten celebrity turned into psycho, they had everything, the story, the stage, the theatrics but i felt like too much kushti took out the beauty of the performance, though the girl really does beautiful cartwheels 👏

Then came Gang Pratik with his new version of Dheevara and boyyyy did it take me to SD2 quad performance by Him, Ritik, Aishwarya and Shagun there they did the elements of earth and here they portrayed 5 rivers and mannnnnnnn It was amazing one gorgeous stunts after another and when u present stunts like that, no complain from me cause that was super artistic. Also the Arial they did don't miss it Felix.

And then the last performance with the captain, Riddhi-Tushar 🤣 that was hella entertaining i tell u. Shetty brought his Laila wala swag from IBD and those boots.... "Tere joote se najar nehi haat ti" 🤣

I wish he would have let the kid dance more than the uchal kudal he did with her by making her aeroplane, boats bla bla bla. But the kid surely pulled off the wacking like a queen 🤣

The Dukhi duo, i have nothing to say bout them, though they turned Sukhi from Dukhi, still don't get the appeal for them to be in top 15, cause their graph went down from what they did on audition. Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 🤡

Yeh tu tu tu tu tu tara kaha se dhoond nikala yeh log 🤣🤣I enjoyed Geet's performance, she has tried something new, her Oddisi might not have been the best out there but the Bollywood she did was so playful, commendable for doing something new 👏

Aditya also tried something new, and his performance was like "saare duniya ke bojh hum utha te hein"

Then the battle of the season happened, 3 groups battling was the highlight of this weekend and i loved how Karzi, Neetu Kapoor and Nora were cheering for all of them All Stars and OPPS Crew were good but my choice of winner was the Classical Queens cause they brought something different than their traditional Bharatnatyam with I Am a Disco Dancer whereas the other 2 were doing what they have been doing all along. OPPS Crew were not in their best today, felt they were a bit disoriented. But the other two were neck to neck. And the winner was All Stars and they secured their spot in top 6, congratulations to them 🥳 also there's another winner in today's episode, Shetty's boots 🤣

Absolutely loved today's episode of DDJ. 🤩 Some amazing performances one after the other, I think Sonali absolutely killed it today!!

Starting with the first round: Dance with Captains

I was expecting that there would be a tie between Sonali and Pratik and it was. Both of their acts were beautifully designed and executed. I liked Pratik's a bit more because they were just spotless and clean. Amazing synchronisation between the contestants and Pratik. Spriha is spreading wings in this show, she was absolutely brilliant. Her forte was never stunts but isolations and Sanam wasted her in SD4 making her do stunts. She is so graceful when she did the isolations in the performance today. I didn't see anyone else but only Spriha.

Also enjoyed Runjuna's performance a lot. It wasn't perfect, it was messy at places but I'm really happy they are making the kids try something new. She was quite graceful doing Kathak plus the song and the concept was really good, esp the crescendo where she does the continuous backflips and them immediately starts doing the chakkars.

Tushar and Riddhi were a close second. I honestly didn't think Riddhi would do much but she surprised me a lot. Something absolutely out of her comfort zone plus those tiny hands doing waacking, she even started doing waacking with her chotis 🤣 I especially loved the begining formation with Tushar carrying Riddhi straight and slowly taking her towards the top.

Very enjoyable round.

Next round: Fab Fusion.

Okay, Geet absolutely surprised me! I really didn't expect such a huge transition in her dance given she was one of the weakest contestants. Even last week her Lavani was so messy and underrehearsed. But she really changed my view towards her today with the confidence with which she performed today. It's a really tricky dance style when you do that Navrang style dance because it's very easy to screw up when you're facing away from the camera with the mask. But she was too good. Plus she was so so good with the Odissi part. So much grace. Horrible choice of song though, it was too fast of a song to do Odissi on but still it was really amazing to see a kid like her who was so weak earlier to do those graceful Odissi steps and also give good expressions. She was the obvious winner because Aditya and Aradhya and her partner were pretty flat in the performances.

I really liked the last headspin of Aaditya where he suddenly goes fast with the spins at the end but except for that it was a very messy choreography. Kalaripayattu and Contemporary aren't really that different for it to be a fusion. Both the dance styles include a lot of stunts so didn't find anything new. Same with Aradhya and the other kid. Like Felix said above, they are really weak dancers and I really don't know what fusion that was given that they were pretty much doing what they are used to. Yes it was clean and neat but it looked like a youtube performance than a stage performance. Plus I personally don't really enjoy their dance. Find it very boring. The makers are trying to do a Sahil-Anjali with them from DD but Sahil and Anjali were on a different level altogether.

Finally the battle:

It's always a great sight to see the strongest team members doing battles. It was absolutely hardcore. All Stars as usual were really good but found their performance too short. They should've performed a bit more for proper judgment. I think they just did the first stanza of the song? Opps Crew too were really good. I used to find something lacking in them earlier but today I really liked the choreography they did. But still I am expecting something new from both All Stars and Opps Crew. Mere ko audition aur premiere wala All Stars chahiye.

But the team that took the cake for me were the Classical Queens 🤩 Firstly we all know what disaster Bharatnatyam+ Disco can turn into thanks to Super Dancer 3 😆 And my only worry all this while in the last few performances of CQ were their synchronisation. Sometimes they go a bit off sync. But man they absolutely killed it today with their Bharatnatyam+Disco fusion. That attitude,that sass, that energy and those little stunts in between, esp where one of the girls does a headstand and becomes the mic and the violin. Uff what a moment. They were in PERFECT sync today and that made me so damn happy 😆 Also a fabulous and very difficult choreography given that they had to keep changing from graceful classical steps to absolutely mad and wild disco. For me this was their best performance in the show so far.

Funnily enough, I actually didn't enjoy the actual battle between the three as much as I enjoyed their individual performances. 😆 There were TOO MANY people on the stage and they were not getting the desired space to dance. Plus it was hella confusing due to the camera work. But honestly I feel CQ were again robbed of a point just like the Paso Doble one during the fusion.

I don't know if it's because the judges are not classically trained or what but what the girls did today is very difficult. That's why only some succeed in doing such fusion numbers while others dont. Like how Shweta became popular but Apkesha and Muskaan didn't. The styles should just seamlessly flow in such dance numbers which the CQ did today. Plus, unlike all the other groups here CQ are the only ones where not all of them are actual classical dancers. Unlike say All Stars or Opps Crew or C-Company where all the kids even seperately used to do similar dance styles, many in Classical Queens aren't classical dancers. I happened to see some interview on youtube where two of the members were telling that they are contemporary/bollywood dancers. One of them has only stared Bharatnatyam a year back. I also searched them on instagram and found out that probably only Pratiti, her sister Priya and Ritika are pure classical dancers. Rest of them aren't really classical dancers but probably quick learners that's why the channel probably made a group for them because as wel all know Pratiti had only auditioned with Priya and Ritika. So the judges should atleast consider that while judging. They can say paragraphs about Geet and Runjuna trying out basic classical choreography but nothing for a group that's actually representing Classical dance?

Let's talk about the baaatttlleeee 🥳

Cutting to the chase - All Stars were the clear winner for me. The only criticism I'd have is their choreo is a bit repetitive, or maybe I'm just so used to Tushar's style idk. Anyhow, they performed better than the rest two, so I feel this was a fair battle.

Absolutely loved their individual performance in the beginning. But yaar, kitna karwaoge Tejas se 🤪 When does he get to breath?! He's the only one constantly jumping flipping koodoing yaha waha, meanwhile also dancing the best among all five. Kaise karta hai yaar I was trying to watch somebody else, but my eyes just follows him

Classical Queens should have chosen a better song tbh. Disco Dancer doesn't give much room for them to impress within a minute. But I loved them towards the end as the crescendo came. They nailed th attitude 👏 Also, I was trying to watch Pratiti, and there was this really good kiddo in the middle who I was watching throughout. Turns out it was somebody else 🤣 She was too good though 👏

Something happened to Opps crew today. I liked their choreo, especially how they added that south ka tadka fusion in the middle. But all of them seemed low on energy and their sync was off. Also, they really should have stuck with 5 people from the auditions. These 6 kids and their positions is not at all flattering

The final battle was really between CQ and All Stars. I couldn't decide between them. Tbh, at one point I thought the Classical Queens were killing it. But then, like, really, whom do we watch among all three teams? 🤣 Again, Opps crew seemed very low on energy for some reason. I'd say CQ won the battle round. But for the consistency in performance, All Stars were clear winners in my head 👏 Frankly, I'm pretty sure the judges are biased towards our bacchas. Not really complaining 🤣🤣 They should've added some comments for the battle though.

Like I said, it looked like everyone was actually under-rehearsed. Especially visible in the battle. Also, what can a classical team and hip-hop team really do within a minute to impress? 😆 All they can hope for is do some stunning formations. Is liye impact was kam. But liked the battle anyhow. Just hurt my eyes trying to watch all of them at once 🤣

Also, I join hands with you for Team #KarZi robzz 🤣 These judges and Karan sure make for one entertaining show. Actually, this week, their dramebazi was better than the dances 🤣🤣 Also, Nora-Marzi?? Pillow Fight, sword fight... what will be next week? Lol. I actually like that there is this banter between them and Karan. Usually whenever Nora is present, the host or co-judge all go simping over her. It's refreshing to see the opposite happening here 🤪 Also, spot-on judging from all three 👏

Yes Tushar's team is the weakest and I would completely blame the judges for their poor selection. They should've selected more street style kids when they knew it was going to be a Contemporary VS Bollywood VS Street Style kinda competition. Honestly even Gully Girls would have done a better job for Tushar's team.
