Suhasini is kind of a grey-shaded character. I guess she knows that in a profession like Manohar's, there would be some small sacrifices to one's ethics that needs to be done to last in such a position. She accepted this aspect as long as Manohar is transparent with her. Of course, a truly righteous person wouldn't accept any compromise on ethics. But Suhasini did have to face the consequences for all this; not only did she lose her son but even Manohar, whom she trusted and supported, broke her trust. And it's good to see her realize how she wronged the Jilanis in all this.

I really liked the way they have shaped up this character and kudos to the actress for playing it out well!!

I agree that they fed the system by joining it's shady methods. A few thousands on the side here and there to make it go faster, and increases up to crores in the upper levels. Corruption is an open secret all around the world, bringing lots of success and power. It'll come back to bite you though. Just like it did the Sinhas.
