what is this Allen board issue??

I started watching dehleez frm day 1 but when suha started plotting against swa I somehow lost interest n stopped watching it but again have started watching it after the bomb blast episodes. So started visiting the forum recently n saw some posts mentioning Allen board or something like that. So what is it actually , since I missed many episodes in between so have no idea about it, can somebody explain it n how r mano n hai connected to it??

Alan Broad is a money launderer who had connections to terrorists. He was arrested under the charges of aiding terrorists/being a terrorist. The CM and Manohar decided to release him by proving that he is only a money launderer and not a terrorist - in return, he would help them in getting all the money (1100 crores) back into the country, of which 700 crores would be an amount that would be shown in the government records and 400 crores would go to the CM and Manohar. Suhasini was the one who prepared strong documents for his release.
