@ moonwearer ...Couldnt agree more. Adarsh is angry and feels himself responsible for putting his family through all what Swa is doing by taking the case. That's why he never protected her or their relation being questioned, especially by Jaya, in the family. It was disappointing to see his killing silence that he abandoned Swa to this level that she is considered unsuitable for him in the family. He has been bitterly cold with her - a grieving sister and daughter, both in public and private; wife; he never bothered about
The only possible reason, I feel, he brought Suh in is a strong move to not lose in front of Swa as he believes that Swa is capable of turning the case as she proved in the first hearing itself. He fears that his chotu might not get the justice if Swa continued in this pace. So he pulled Suh as a strong opponent !

The finger print angle is an obvious one to be asked. Actually, it will be interesting if they find out that the finger prints had not been discussed or brought forth so far because the cops had already found that the finger prints were not a match to that of Asad. With a PIL filed against Asad being a terrorist and the fact that they may have killed someone innocent, maybe the cops are trying to cover it up too... because if it is not some conspiracy of this sort, the finger prints had to be established in the first court hearing as proof that Asad did not shoot Abhay.

That will make sure that Swadheenta exposes the cops too... and it is another eye opener for Adarsh that the system that he believes in is not as white as he thinks it is.

So, in one case Swadheenta will expose the defects of our entire justice system - The cops, The Army and The court itself for being unfair.

One more thing. This case is not about Asad killing Abhay. That is the context of the case for the Sinha's. But in general, it is about the bomb blast in which may people lost their lives. The gun is relevant only to Abhay's death. I think the contention of the prosecution is that Asad and Haider are responsible for all those deaths as terrorists, not just Abhay's. Isn't it?

Good point Priti ...I think Allen broad case may come after this once Swa will accuse the moles in the system of killing an innocent boy ! ... media will raise the question and govt would have to answer under pressure !

Yes it is, but the other deaths happened due to the suicide bombers and abhay was not killed in it. He got killed by some other person that to by a different weapon. So these two are two different aspect of one single scenario. So police has to look into this in details whether the one whom they killed can be proved gulty or not. To prove him guilty only the suicide bombing or the friendship with the terrorists or father caught with the bomb are not the evidences. To prove asad guilty they have to prove that he killed Abhay. they have to show the evidences ..either an eye witness or the murder weapon.

I am sorry for barging in here but this is a very good discussion going on! I am not sure if many will agree but i feel in some ways they faltered while writing the characteristics of adarsh. As an IAS he shouldn't be this unaware about the failure in system but nonetheless its far better then the average characters shown on tv😃

he is in no position to defend swadheenta at the moment, because she is in the wrong in the eyes of all including him. defending her would mean aggravating the situation further.

Defending Swa is impossible but respecting the relation is within his control? ...Be a man enough to take the responsibility! But he hasnt been considerate enough in private too ...in fact, has shunned her completely. hope this agony ends sooner than expected Als

He is angry with her and thinks her grief is not valid because her brother is an alleged terrorist. agree that he was being an insensitive prick, and I hope swadheenta points it out. otherwise, I think adarsh is beginning to see her POV
