Ok well soham and kalyani love each other. On sohams brother's sangeet night someone spikes kurithika and sohams drinks so they faint. The man then dresses as soham and goes into kuritikas room and rapes her by pretending he is Soham. (the lights are off and her eyes are closed so she cant see him).
Krutika gets pregnant so kalyani tells soham and his family and they get Krutika married to Soham. Soham tries to convince Kalyani that he didnt rape her but no one believes him.
Kalyani also had to come to the mehta house as a dowry. maya found out that kalyani and soham love each other so she decided to turn kuritika against kalyani. since then she has been creating trouble for kalyani.
Recently ronit ,a guest has been living in mehta house and has been murdered by Bhavesh (sohams brother) but everyone blames kalyani. soham takes the blame and is now in jail. and before this Soham and Kayani had an accident and ended in a village where soham filled Kalyanis maang with sindoor so they had to get fully married.
