Spot on .. Agree ... Dhoni has brought calmness and pressure handling ability which Indian team was lacking since years ... He has made players believe in themselves and put words on team unity and performance rather than individual performances ... Dhoni shuffled players superbly .. Under his competency, players responses well and they know even 2-4 bad performance does not mean they are out of team .. they will be in the team and this is what holds players confidence... moreover, dhoni has always been honest to his decisions to media and fans ... he always admitted his mistakes .... what else to say, he is a brave captain and take bold decisions ... he has different plans for different situations which make him unpredictable for opponents ... he has ability to read situations .... i mean he is the best captain india can ever have ... i am not saying this only because he has won cup for us .. he has always back young guns .. for team, he has changes his game attacking to according to situation unlike other leaders in world cricket hmm like say Afridi ... even Sachin admitted today that he is the best captain he has played under so far ...
