Samsung F480V Tocco

I just recently bought a Samsung F480V Tocco mobile phone. I have a wireless internet and I want to use dial-up connection to use my wireless internet on my phone. I was told that you can connect to a wireless network on Samsung F480V Tocco but I'm not sure how to do it. It would be great if anyone could help. Much appreciated.
