Over 11 Indians from the field of sports, politics, entertainment, business and public service categories were honoured with Indian of the Year award on Friday in an award function organised by a news channel. Bollywood stars including Deepika Padukone , Shah Rukh Khan, Farhan Akhtar and team Lunchbox were also nominated for the award in entertainment category. However, Kapil won the award by beating the other Bollywood leading stars. On the pther hand "It's the year of the common man and I am also one of them.
