Because of some html related problems with IF, I see various texts like &amp, gt, nbsp etc. Can you make questions somehow clear to read?

I think #5 is
x-4y= -2
5x-4=-11
To graph x-4y = -2, take point (-2,0) on x axis and (0, 0.5) on y axis. Join the points with a straight line.
To graph 5x-4 = -11:
5x = 4-11
5x = -7
x = -7/5
x = -1.4
So draw a vertical line at x = -1.4
If question asks you to find values of x, y then find coordinates of point where the lines cut each other.

Ignore all
#4) -2x+y+3=0
6x-3y=2
Graph of -2x+y+3 = 0
Putting y=0, we get
-2x + 3 = 0
2x = 3
x = 3/2 = 1.5
Therefore x intercept is (1.5, 0)
Putting x=0, we get
y+3 = 0
y = -3
Therefore y intercept is (0, -3)
Join points (1.5, 0) and (0, -3). This is graph of -2x+y+3=0
Graph of 6x-3y=2
Put y=0:
6x=2
x = 2/6 = 1/3
x-intercept is (1/3, 0)
Put x = 0:
-3y = 2
y = -2/3
y-intercept is (0, -2/3)
Join (1/3, 0) and (0, -2/3) with a straight line. This is the graph of 6x-3y=2

Hey guys, please help me. I have to do this biology project on germination/plant growth. Okay so I have to come up with a topic myself and all the easy ones are taken.

People have topics like the effect of diff temp. of water on germination, the effect of different colors of light, the effect of diff types of water, the effect of acid rain, effect of hydrochrolic acid, etc. Basically, all the easy ones are taken, So can you guys pleasee come up with a topic I can do my germination experiment on? =[ It does not have to be complicated it can be simple.

18,9,7,5,11,7,17,20,19,2,17,12,5,1,13,12,11,15,16,20[/quote]
Arrange the data in ascending order. We get
1, 2, 5, 5, 7, 7, 9,11,11,12, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 17, 18, 19, 20, 20
Number of vaariable values N = 20
Rank of 30th percentile 30* (N+1)/100 = 30 * (20 + 1)/100 = 6.3
6th value = 7
7th value = 9
By interpolation, the value at rank 6.3 = 7 + .3(9 - 7) = 7.6
Rank of 90th percentile 90* (N+1)/100 = 90 * (20 + 1)/100 = 18.9
18th value = 19
19th value = 20
By interpolation, the value at rank 18.9 = 19 + .9(20 - 19) = 19.9
Ans: 30th percentile = 7.6, 90th percentile = 19.9

Arrange the numbers in ascending order. We get
125, 158, 168, 187, 198, 259, 334
Maximum value = 334, minimum value = 125
Range = maximum value - minimum value = 334 - 125 = 209
Median = middle value = 187
The numbers on the left of the median are 125, 158, 168
Q1 = middle value of the numbers on the left of the median = 158
The numbers on the right of the median are 198, 259, 334
Q3 = middle value of the numbers on the right of the median = 259
Interquartile range = Q3 - Q1 = 259 - 158 = 101
Ans: Range = 209, interquartile range = 101
Note: You can calculate Q1 and Q2 by as in the first problem by noting that Q1 = 25th percentile and Q3 = 75th percentile

Hello,
I am in university( first year) and I need help in Chemistry's lab.
okay we did a lab on determination of gas constant R.
and I need to report atlest 4 possible sources of systematic errors.
To give brief Intro " material used were Burette appratus which is used to measure the vol. of H2 gas, two samples of metal, HCl, erlenmeyer flask.
In this experiment we had to measure the vol of hydrogen gas when a known metal was reacted with excess HCl, strong acid. nd then we used experimental data to find gas constant R.
I hope i provided enufff info.
Plzz i need help ASAP.THnxx in advance.
