Teaching ideas - Needed

I'm a new vistor to this forum, (but not to the site) and I decided to ask for some of your input.

I'm a business teacher (so anyone who needs help in Business Studies (Economics, Marketing, HRM, Accounting etc) please feel free to contact me) and I've recently been assinged to teach a new subject - Business Administration (Office Management).

It deals mainly with effective business administration and support. I seem to however to be stunted regarding ideas for interactive class activities for this course.

So to all you professional students and educators out there. Any ideas to help make an interactive class? It could be something that you've tried with your students (if you're a teacher) or something you as a student loved in a particular class, or something you wished a lecturer had done to make a classmore interesting!
