BALH3 they had to promote though because it kept getting postponed and it's their big ticket show.

CID2 they don't care about so they don't promote. They promoted it when they first aired it thinking it would rake in the moolah but unfortunately they only rely on the TRP not the SM discussions and forums like these to realize that CID2 has a huge following.
