True. But that's not looking possible now with with this 🤬 behavior of Sony. They don't even show promos or make proper publicity of it.

Trust me it's not true. That's what the channel is saying to give fans hope. They are hoping people will forget so that they don't have to face any backlash. They have been trying to kill the show for more than 2-3 years by moving time slots randomly, dropping telecasts and taking breaks...but it refused to die because of fans. Now they are not even giving the series a proper ending!

The channel asked the PH to take a break but since the so-called break happened only recently and the show was back only in Sep, the PH put their foot down and said either give us a permanent time and promos and all the support or forget it. This time the PH refused to be treated like s**t.

And I am so glad that PH refused this time! Self respect is a thing man! PH can shift it to some another channel if they want

Don't unfunderst what's the problem of Sony with CID.

C.I.D might not be the highest TRP runner but is definitely a constant performer going by Sony standards and the fact that it isn't a prime time show.

When they can show Crime Patrol throughout the week despite low TRP then why not CID

I agree with Vis di. These sudden articles about CID taking a break are just the channel's way of doing damage control.

Also like Ms.S.K. said if CID is going to return with a new format and look then I would rather not see it return. CID is defined by the current actors not just as a show.

Someone reliable has confirmed that all the articles about cid coming back in new avtar are fake and only meant to douse the flames and silence the fans. Nothing like that is happening. Fireworks has refused to be given third class treatment and have called it off for good.

I have been regularly watching CID since 2010. It is one of my favourite show. I think FW will cast the present actors in AAHAT Season 7. Good Bye CID and all the best FW for AAHAT Season 7.

Even if it was not confirmed it was clear with the kind of treatment CID is getting for past 2 years (when Kapil"s show season 1 was launched)

Before that they never played with CID timings post that it became a rule. I am actually surprised we pulled two years more.

But I still don't get the reason for this step treatment, even now with stories getting poorer and no fixed timing along with no promotions CIDmaintained aTRP equal to most of Sony's prime time shows.

I think FW shouldn't even agree for Ahat they will get other channels P
