CID going off air - Article link in Topic - Page 2

Sony channel is in soup. Tata sky isn't airing it. Even KBC isn't getting any revenue because no one will pay for ads if half the population has no access to the channel.

Two things on this news:

1. I saw this news on the Shreya's fb. And there too I have mentioned about trust issues with Tellychakkar. An actress's exit from a popular Tv show posted on tellychakkar just one week or so before her character disappearing. Forum knew this news months ago through her & other co star's insta profile. Even she stopped the shooting months back. before tellychakkar news. I still haven't read anything other than tellychakkar news. I mean, I don't need any official confirmation from Sony. I know that's worthless channel. But whether any of the cast confirmed it officially? or on social media accounts? Even a single comment will do.

2. Now I do agree with Shreya that CID should really quit. Yes the charm & it's time both are over & it shouldn't just be running for the sake of fans & should go when we are still asking it to continue. But at the same time, I don't want it to end like this without the proper tribute. As I said in earlier comments:

I think that should be the finale with proper advertisement. This show fan should remember with last episode what a great finale it was. About fan msgs, I think if they decide to quit, they will quit. Many popular shows ended even with fans requests not to."

The cast has confirmed it indirectly. And now officially all the media portals have announced CID's exit! The proper tribute thing... If the channel had given the opportunity it could have been expected.

See if Sony has decided to end it! It so hard to save it! Sony is a trash! Don't expect anything from it and believe me it's not only Cid Sony is doing injustice with other shows as well! The shows aren't getting any Trp ! Sony is almost gone now! Also what I think rather than asking for not ending CID we should all request them to give it a proper ending or a tribute as mentioned in above post!

Kapil Sharma show isn't going to guarantee any viewership . He is too unpredictable and temperamental.

Indian idol is stuck in Anu Malik scandal.

The channel is in a mess.

See..what sony tv will do and what not its a superfecial thing..but what we can do now is important...

Yes the cast has confirmed but if u people read the article properly Daya sir mentioned that "We were shooting as usually" "I will miss the character" "we will miss wach other" "its our second home" look at his desperation of doing CID till now after 21 years...every member of team is upset due to the decision of Sonytv...the team which has given their 21 yrs to us to channel...

We knew that its diffucult to convince channel but not impossible...and we will try to do it till the last hope...and if not able to save it then demand for a proper tribute...only what is required by CIDIANS from the forum is some support...but we are not getting it no worries...CID forum has stopped supported CID long time ago...but plz its a request if u can't help dont make it difficult for us...don't give sonytv more reasons to stop CID where they can give the reference of your kind comments to close the CID is good...move on and whatever...let us try and if u all can't support u all have no right to spoil our efforts too.. thanks a lot and sorry for expecting much from u all...
