Here's how Shah Rukh Khan saves ACP Pradyuman from trouble, on CID

Shah Rukh Khan who is on a promotional spree for his upcoming film Dilwale on the small screen, will stop by CID too.
This will be Shah Rukh's first-ever appearance on Indian
television's longest-running investigative series. "Shah Rukh will be seen in one of the episodes of the show. As per the sequence, ACP Pradyuman's car breaks
down while he is on his way to the CID Bureau. Shah Rukh will be seen passing by on the same road and sees ACP
in trouble and offers him help," said a source from the production house.
"Shah Rukh shot for this particular episode on Thursday and it is scheduled to go on air by next week," the source
added.
CID, which premiered on Sony on January 21, 1998 will complete 18 years, early next year. Shivaji Satam, Aditya
Srivastava and Dayanand Shetty who play the role of ACP Pradyuman, Senior Inspector Abhijit and Daya, respectively
are household names today, thanks to the popular show.
Shah Rukh and his Dilwale co-stars Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon are set to appear in top fiction shows like
Saath Nibhana Saathiya, Kumkum Bhagya, Jamai Raja among others. However, only SRK will feature on CID.
Directed by Rohit Shetty, Dilwale, reunites Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan after five years. Also starring Varun Dhawan
and Kriti Sanon, the movie is slated to release on December 18.

Though I m sad as there won't be any scene of Abhijeet with SRK, i m excited as he is coming in CID for the first time
