Lavender MIDs means Multiple IDs. Often what will happen is someone will create more than one ID to vote in things like this. To avoid this, IF has implemented a new rule that until you don't pass the groupbie level you can't vote or do simple changes. Because by groupbie most MIDs are caught and banned so if you pass that level it means you're not one person making many IDs.
