Hmm.. As you are first time writer the story so far is quite gripping till then. Finding out on internet about code from just the numbers was somewhat unacceptable for my brains. You can't just search the numbers on internet for that right? Though FW's koogle does this.

Scene 1: at cit bureau
Freddy sir: I believe in my heart that acp sir will regain his heath soon.

Rajat sir sir : anyway sir, I have made my all khabrii to engaged in searching the lawer Mahesh.

Scene 2 :At hospital
Abhijeet sir and daya sir sir sees sachin who is dressing the minor injury of shoulder?..
Abhijeet sir : sachin tum thik ho na?
Sachin sir: I m ok sir?
Daya sir : where is acp sir??
Sachin sir : do log aye the(flashback start)..two men in a doctor dress rcoming towards the icu where there is acp sir?.sachin sir is near the acp sir?one of them made handkerchief near the sachin sir's nose?perhaps chloroform?.the othger hit the sachin sir?s shoulder by the sharps instrument perhaps scissors. (flashback end)
Abhijeet sir: don't worry sachin, we will certainly find out where acp sir is?

Scene 3: at unknown place
Acp sir is put in somewhere else very big room?.he is faint?two goons r discussing about the acp sir?they says that ye acp ko boss nai chodenge?.acp sir slowely regaining?his health..
Scene 4: at jail
Rajat sir and Freddy sir r tensed knowing about the acp sir..anyway they manage to inquisition all the files of the two culprit whom cid has found the death body and of layer Mahesh.they find some info about Mahesh??rajat sir tells freddy sir to make all the files shifted at bureau?.(freddy received a call from his khabree who states that he has seen Mahesh somewhere in the gally of viilage)
Freddy sir: rajat sir, khabree has told of village.
Rajat sir : then chaloo wahi chalte he.
Scene 5: at building
Sachin sir notices that Mahesh is going out from the building?.
Rajat sir : let's catch him..
cid team catches Mahesh who informed that acp sir is kidnap and was already taken from there.
(freddy sir arrest him)
they go to the building and gun shoot take place where cid team is able to come ahed then culprit who were encounter and cid team sealed the place and able to carry up the evidences after completing inquisition.

Scene 6: at cid bureau
Mahesh make the sketch of a person who was at hospital with him
Abhijeet sir :aur kuch pata he tume wo culprit ke bare mein
Mahesh: no sir, I was just told to make two culprit out of jail for some days,?.for that I was paid ransom.
Daya sir: u r paid huge ransom and u don?t know who paid it?.what a fool u r?
Abhijeet sir: daya, these all the culprit r fool and they just think of themselves..
Daya sir : Freddy, arrest karo Mahesh ko aur jail ke hawa khilao..
Rajat sir: sir, acp sir ko uthake jun van me lagaya gaya thaw o van no. Mahesh ley diya than a wo control room ko khabar kiya hai, sab check naka mein khabar pochaya he sir??
Abhijeet sir: good job, aur sketch jo Mahesh le banayahe use news channel or newspaper mein do, pata chaljayaga acp sir kaha pe he. now no one can stand in our?s way ?..we will certainly find where acp sir is.
Daya sir: ek bar acp sir hamko miljsyngens ?.mein kidnapped karne log ko asa halat karta ho ki??wo pastayega ki kue paota hua hey..
(sachin sir receive a call from mobile company which state that the last call which was found in Mahesh call list is successfully tracked.)

Scene 7: at daya sir's van
(abhijeet sir and daya sir at front followed by sachin and freddy at back seat)
Daya sir: ye khoni or acp sir ko kidnap karnewala ab naahi bachegaa
Abhijeet sir: tum thik kahereho?.. ham log usko arrest karenge par acp sir ki jaan khatre m,ein he.. isliye wo khoni ko dekne sath encounter karenge?..
(daya sir receive a call from rajat sir who state that police from naka has seen a car going to the same direction where mobile company has gaiven the direction towards the cell phone that the Mahesh has called last time?..)
Freddy sir:eska matlab hey sir wo ek hi ye jo mobile hospital mein he aur jisko Mahesh le call kiya he?..
Abhijeet sir:rajat se kaho ki wo bi hamare saath aooo
Scene 8: at the unknown building
rajat sir joining the cid team comes to a building which was guess to be acp sir was kept there?.
(Acp sir is at gun point of a culprit?..)

The person who look similar to Mahesh says;ao cod ao, me tum log kihi intajar karrahatha?akhir tum log ahi gaye hop na?.ate ate acp tofa bi leke gao par marne ki batt)
Gun shoot take place where Freddy is at gun point of the right hand of a persn who look similar to Mahesh..

Culprit(the person who look similar to Mahesh): I have done surgery of my face to look like Mahesh.
Daya sir:is ka matlab Mahesh bekasur he?
Culprit: ji sir, Mahesh ki pariwar ko mene kidnap kardiya isleye wo ap logo ko kuch nahia bataraha tha .
Acp sir : par muse kue kidnapped karliu tum le??
Culprit: ap ka though mein mangu ko riya karma chata tha par cid ne muse pakadliya he?.
Abhijeet sir: mangu toh wohi ye na jisne 5 khoon kiya tha or acp sir nehi arrest kiye thee?.usko toh phasii ko saza sunayagay tha ??..
Culprit: ji sir
Acp sir :ab tum ko bhi phassi hoga mangu ka sath me?.


Scene 9:at bureau
All cid team r included in a bureau ?mahesh thanked cid team for helping his family?.

Here Mahesh is happy with is family.le leaves from bureau towards home?
cid team make a small party on acp sir?s comeback ???.all cid team r happy?
acp sir:sachin, abhi-daya will be there in ur?s naxt party, kue abhi-daya??..
