Say, India was really the way it was shown in CID, the following would happen -

1. India will be the most advanced country in Science and Technology, because the most brilliant scientists are supposed to be loitering around in the streets! If there were so many great bio-tech guys and chemistry guys, who can virtually invent anything, then India would undoubtedly be the greatest superpower.
2. Nobody would be infected by even the wildest of viruses because Salunkhe is here! This superman makes any antidote in 3 hours!
3. Salunkhe would be the richest man in the world and own the largest pharma company because he seems to be the cleverest doctor or scientist ever. Those stupid doctors and scientists toil their entire lifetime to create a single antidote, but Salunkhe has made more than 1000 antidotes in 16 years and hardly takes 3 hours to make one.
4. There would be only one laundry, dress-shop, antique shop, grocery shop and stationery shop in a locality.
5. All shopkeepers would be aware of the address, phone number and history of their customers.
