Waise i like Abhijeet - Tarika - what ever subtle romance is shown till now.

Putting romance in the show just this is what works today is wrong…. All that suchi said to some extent I agree with it but problem is they don't know how to handle things. Yes we crave for emotions, like care concern, etc these emotions establishes the personality of a particular character however if this emotions hampers the established character then it's wrong… That's what we are protesting about Sorry to say they do not have mature set of writers anymore who can actually handle such scenes maturely.

I would still say they could pick some young cops and not seniors for this track…

Romantic Angle is needed in the show. Because our countrymen like to watch more romantic sagas than core crime thrillers, action oriented shows. That's why Romantic movies run longer than Action movies or Hard hitting movies. The budget is big for Romantic movies as they shoot songs outside country but an action movie can be made within country easily.

So it is necessary that makers keep romances with full swing in every shows that comes on screen irrespective small or big. If someone to blame, blame on us. We still couldn't change our choices.

Does it mean cid actually starts in 2009-10 ??Then whats about the long journey of 1998-2008 ?? Is that time cid not running successfully without love track ??
Rather that time cid goes more successfully...lots of people stop watching cid now...

See the problem is not timing. Problem is situation. Before a good story was quite essential than anything in the movie or show. First a story then rest things. But now everything comes first before a story to made. Its like we came to place but don't know what to do. Then these things happen.

What u said i totally agree but here we r talking about love track not story...story is of course imp part which should be improved but thats another issue...

They shouldn't bring in love tracks just for the sake of it saying 'ok let's do this' and instead of paying another actress, they form couples within the team. I am damn sure FW is just being lazy in this regard...we know how they showed Freddie's wife.

Frankly speaking, FW never handle officer's personal life story properly...
If i cant handle something then whats the need to work on that...
What they did with Abhi-tji, i m sure same will be happened with daya-shreya...already we see some jhalak of it

see,i agree with assasinator when it comes to increasing viewership.AKI and Holiday murder were the highest TRP garners in the recent times,with TRPs more than 4 and 5 respectively. Both the episodes are labelled as OTT and romantic respectively as well 😆.CID's image is ruined cos of some nonsensical episodes,decreasing viewership. This image can be restored only when they are consistent in showing good episodes, not 2good and 3rd bad.
As far as the main topic of this thread is concerned,ive wrote my opinion.Now what i didn't write was the way they should execute the track.They should move on with it with maturity.
