They aired the promo twice on sony in which Satam sir promoted CID Kolkata Bureau and spoke bong himself...

Main point is that they are clarifying that the normal Hindi CID will continue in Kolkata...warna...pata nahi kya hota. 🤣

CID Kolkata Bureau to launch soon on Sony TV's Bangla Entertainment Channel 'AATH'

Tellychakkar.com was the first to break the news (18 May 2012) of CID going regional with the makers (Fireworks Productions) deciding to launch the cult show in Bengali to enchant the Bengali masses with its fast spaced crime diaries.

Sony Entertainment Television's most popular and longest ever running television series CID is all geared to go regional.
