Seems like a case of too many cooks spoil the broth, Sr. Insp. Rajat has hardly anything to do, and the others point out the obvious because there is nothing to say or contribute to investigation. Why was there a need to increase the CID team shouldn't they just have a separate department. Just seems like there is not enough work for everyone.
