1. why did Daya sir take all "ilzaam" upon him? you wrote, that he promised the girl not to reveal her identity. but it's a common principle of law, that in any case of s***al assault, anonymity of the victim must be maintained (case ref. Bodhisattwa Gautam Vs Miss Subhra Chakraborty AIR 1996 SC 922). so, Daya sir can easily reveal the truth, specially when the court punishes him with death sentence.

yaar I just Realize that DAYA sir had this feel/Idea that might be the Girl would be involved in that Drug Part after being Arrested... DAYA Sir did not see her Assault, its Her Statement, He knew about the Shootout and Drug Racket, there is an Confusion in his Mind that might be Police, Media meandring the Girl Presence with DAYA sir in a Wrong Way and after that just to Prove Her as well Himself Innocent is Difficult, He also see DAVID body who was Murdered by the Girl, He knew DAVID, He also thought that at any time the DAVID and His Connection Revealed... basically He just wanted to Hide the Girl and who knows the Girl saying Right or Wrong, if He took the Name of Girl and in Medical the Girl proven completely Wrong, He just Protect the Word Relegious/noble and its the Sake of Country na, U knew How much Issues bore by Him if He only signaled the Family or Girl, atleast at some extent He revealed the Name na, atleast against His Own Team or might be during Trail...!!! 😊

2. why did KD appealed in Supreme Court? they had to go to the High Court first na?😕

Sorry Complete Error... yaar dekha nahi, Ghalti say High Court kay bajayey Supreme Court likh diya...😊

3. a lawyer can summon anyone, whom he thinks is related to the case. and the person is bound by law to attend the Court for the case he/she is summoned. so KD did not need to call her for a false case.

Yes a Lawyer summoned anyone😊, but He also prove that in which Case he summoned to that Witness, I just say that they hide the Case cz after knowing the area and date, might be the Girl creating any problem and also her Family at Her back na till than...😊
