Suraj who is only 8 years old but claims to be reborn. He says that he was murdered 10 years ago and his name is Vikram but the person who is serving for the murder is actually an innoncent person.
A man BOB aka Babla( he is the actor from Meri Biwi Wonderful) keeps annoying Prakash and especially Akash that he has some news but because Akashay is not helping him get into the CID he is not going to tell them. Akashay and Pratap go to the records department and search for file M 265/95. They find out that Vikram was mudered in his partner's Kaushal's farm house . The dead body was not found but Kaushal the next day revealed that it is in the jungle. But the dead body did not have a face and was identified through blood samples, clothes and wallet details.
A new officer Abhimanyu joins CID. ACP Ajatshatru tells him that he is no longer a commando and needs to adapt to the CID world. Abhimanyu tells him that he put his heart and soul in his work but there are 3 conditions he has always told his boss by which he works by
1. No one should ask him questions on his personal life
2.After 4:15 on the 12th of everymonth he will not work
3. When is not on a case he needs 2 hours of lunch break
At the farmhouse Abhi and Pratap ask the watchman questions but he does not know much as he has been there for only 2 years. So they decide to go to the jungle and with the help of bone detector find the face.
Tejali and Sachin Shroff( not sure what his name is on this show) take Suraj and go to Vikram's house. Vikram's wife Sunita does not beleive that Suraj is her hhusband and keeps telling them that they are making fun of her. Also she tells them her husband's murderer is in jail. Sachin tells her that as per Suraj Kaushal is not the killer and they need to find the killer. Suraj starts making comments on different things in the house that only he and Sunita knows. Sunita is stunned but still does not believe Suraj is Vikram. Tejali asks Suraj to tell them something that he remembers. He then says that in his bedroom there is a almirah where there is a safe. In the drawer of the safe there is a bunch of duplicate keys and the farm house key is missing. Again Sunita does not believe them but then on Sachin's insistence agrees to help them on the condition if the kids is wrong then they would leave her in piece. They open the safe and find the bunch of keys and the farmhouse keep was indeed missing which left Sunita baffled as she was the only one who had the keys to the almirah.

Tejali and Sachin are questioning 2 men and they claim by the time the reached there Kaushal was drunk with a knife in his hand . ACP tells his team that this seems like a Bollywood story . He tells them that he believes that these 2 men are withhelding back some information.
