One question : If Viivek promoted as Inspector, then he should have same rank as Sachin..That means Viivek will have senior rank to Fredrick..What will Fredie call him ? Name or Sir ?

Well Vivek still calls Freddy sir. I feel that Freddy should have been promoted long ago. I don't think it should also depend on rank. If you think someone should get respect, then you should call them sir or ma'am.

And the reverse also happens...if people become friends, the 'sir' vanishes, but that doesn't diminish the respect they have for each other. 😛😉
