Not that way...it could have been solved even otherwise...he could have simply taken him to the bureau. That's what he eventually did na....why show a scene where Abhijeet behaves abnormally?

if he is in bureau how he criminal can advice him to steal diamond ring?

Staged murder Daya's case................ well, it was possibly the best forensic i have seen!
