Yeah, I think it was more of a problem with the script and direction. Mike Newell did quite a lot of those in GOF.

Yeah I agree !!! Well but anytime reading Harry Potter is better than watching !!! Reading it takes you to a new world totally !!!! I love the way JK has written it !!!! She's done a lovely commendable job !!!

Indeed, JKR's writing is so rich and detailed, especially as the series progresses further. The movies are mainly about visually recreating the Wizarding World, the books have far greater plot and character development. I think that's understandable given the time constraints and adaptation issues (even then I think DH Part I really managed to capture most of the essence of the book).

What's your favourite one BTW? Mine is OOTP; I think it could be trimmed a little but Harry's psychological state was really well explored there, an outstanding effort by JKR.

My fav HP one is a competition between Chamber of Secrets and Order of the Phoenix !!! I loved both of them !!!

I was wanting the final ones to be better !! Though not upto my expectations they were good enough !!!

Yep I think OOTP was really fun though it had editing problems. Chamber of Secrets was cool too, though personally I prefer the guy from HBP who plays Riddle.

I think DH 2 looks very promising from what they've shown in the trailers so far. The final battle should be amazing!
