Kya yaar! I had a fall:-(. No fracture only ligament tear on right knee and ankle. Nandini or fahmi or demonstar can throw some light I hope. I hv 6 wks physiotherapy. I am now in hosp bed and the doc is doing the first session! God this hurts!

boys in girls' school.................girls in boys' school.................. boys in sherwani-punjabi-payjama...............girls in saree( mainly yellow ).................. flirtings.......

puspanjali............ then eating prasads...............

khichudi-beguni-curry-chatney-sweets in laanch

flying kites.............😃.........the sky is going to be totally covered in tomorrow afternoon....

in our town saraswati puja is celebrated in huge............... there is one puja which have new themes each year............... also a large fair is held in the nearby grounds............. huge amount of crowd gather there...............

so all in all a very happy day!!!

i just remembered a recent case whr a girl was injured in her leg......... & 2 people went to see her in the hospital..........

i sincerely hope those two will visit our viewbie.....................😊

Take care Visrom, dont ignore it. Knee injury needs extra care. Do exactly what the physiotherapst tells you. After some time you will feel you are all right and tend to ignore him, dont do that. , but keep on exercising in the right way and dont give it any jerks

It will be fine in a few weeks

i had a similiar kind of injury in my ankle a few years back.......... thankfully, no physiotherapy though......

visromdi, what if Dr Tarika was to do ur physiotherapy???
