Story contest 3 !!!! Cool idea !!! I was waiting for it !! Replying late sorry !!
I'm definitely going to try my best to participate !! Count me in for now Visrom I'll most probably not drop out !!! Will have a good reason to use lappy more frequently !!
But please if possible start after 26th !! Well anyways c'mon everyone respond !!! We have superb entries every year and this time there are many new people so new and difficult to guess stories !!! Waiting for more participation

Very nice....my first target of 7 'Yes'es has been achieved. I have a plot in mind...was planning to write story, but held up due to work and exams.

As you all know, even if it is the 11th hour, I will try my best to write.

So, let's finalise the deadlines, rules etc.

1. On 20th Dec - By 6PM IST - basic plot will be posted on a new thread.

2. The stories can be in English or Hindi.

3. Stories can be in the narrative format or dialogue format.

4. None of our CID team members on death bed.

5. CID team has to be the present team.

6. Guest cops are allowed, but try to avoid romantic link-ups, shaadi, drama etc.

7. Stories should be submitted to me by PM before Jan 1st 2011.

8. Voting starts from Jan 2nd 2011. All votes to be PMed to me. Participants and non-participants can vote.

9. Voting ends on Jan 10th.

10.Results on Jan 11th.

11. Pls avoid 11th hour dropping out. It's very very disappointing for the organiser to see poor responses.

12. ANYONE can PM the story to me before Jan 1st. No need to first add your name here.

(There's a slight possibility that I may go out of town on 11th, God willing, so some deadlines may be altered)

Looks like I'll have to hurry up with my story then, what ever may be the plot!!! Since Jan 1 is my mom's birthday!!!!😆

EVeryone....shall I post the contest by evening? It's good to start when everyone is enthusiastic about it. The deadline of Jan 1st means there are a good 11 days to write.

As of now, I am planning to start the contest today evening. Will post the plot by 6PM. Meanwhile any objections/suggestions please post them here. I am leaving for now.
