Who's next?

I dont know whether my assumptions are right or wrong but i have a feeling that Inspector Anila is next in line to join C.I.D. I think thats why the makers introduced her before just like they did with Ins Sachin. They introduced him in one episode as an inspector and then he joined the C.I.D. team.
