I have a solution for prabha and bhinder over Sunny-Daya fight. Bring Sunny Deol and Dayanand Shetty together in CID. 😆

Actually i am happy that you brought this topic into a seperate discusion! Most of us HATE IT and FW needs to know that well enough..... No offences to you Debi... 😊 I am waiting when will that dialogue be stopped! Just praying to God that it does soon... 😕

BTW, can you please change the topic Title to - OPINIONS about "PIANO" dialogue ??

The dialogue doesn't suit Daya, but I request everyone of you to stop bringing Sunny Deol in here.

Those who don't want to watch CID because of this one dialogue are welcome to stay away, but there are fans of Daya here who cannot accept this comparision. YES, it does feel like a comparision to Sunny Deol. No offence to Sunny Deol either, but the way you put it looks like degrading Daya.

We have sat thru the horrible flirting between Abhijeet and Tarika without quitting CID. It has stopped and I am sure the piano dialogue will stop too. No need to highlight it again and again. PLEASE!

I want to clarify, I never disrespected Sunny Deol nor did I compare him with Dayanand Shetty. And I can never disrespect Dayanand Sir even in my dreams. So I do not understand why my words should be twisted.

I said they are making Daya Sir (The character not Dayanand Shetty) sound like a degraded version on Sunny Deol, how does that lead to comparisons with him or disrespect him. I take his name because he has made the "dhai kilo ka haath" dialog very famous. That dialog had some weight; this Piano thing is a piece of crap. I have stopped seeing my favorite show due to this and it hurts me as much to say the same. So instead of being blunt with me I would appreciate if the essence for what I am trying to say and the feeling behind it is understood.

And with the piano dialog they HAVE degraded the character of Daya Sir, that remains a fact and that is EXACTLY what I am trying to say. I was in tears seeing what that he was doing last Friday, I could not see my Daya Sir in a single frame. I am missing my Daya Sir, to me just seeing Dayanand Sir's face is not enough if the essence of Inspector Daya is lost. But I guess its not point continuing here if no one there to lend a ear.

i feel ur thoughts are really innovative. FW should really consider ur proposal. if an oscar award winner would have been a better choice for HD, why not bring in sunny Deol into CID. even i believe that kajal is not impressive either, on some occasions. why not bring in angelina joli in her place, she will be a better choice as a cop. no??

Look Prabha...even I am hurt at that dialogue...but that one piece of dialogue doesn't change what Daya has meant to me all these years. Seeing it on screen is hurting me enough. I don't need fans adding more salt to my wounds by mentioning the 'degrading' of Daya.

You have a different way of dealing with a feeling of 'hurt' and I have a different way.

Yes, you are right....we feel a lot better if someone lends an ear.

I have posted the same request in many other threads without sounding 'blunt'. But has anyone read those posts or lent an ear to my pleas?

I had to finally resort to being blunt.

I have seen Abhijeet the intelligent cop, second-in-command behaving like a cheap roadside Romeo in the forensic lab and becoming a Gumeria patient. How much do you think that hurt me? Did it change what Abhijeet meant to me all these years?

I put my heart and soul into that one sentence in the signature campaign and I am happy he and the creatives heard me.

I am sure Daya will too, if only we stopped sulking and spoke out. Avoiding the show or IF is no solution.
