Well like the character of Daya for various reasons.
First of all he is a very good detective a brave and smart guy. When anyone is in danger he rushes without thinking twice. Not only he shares a special bond with Abhijit but also he equally cares for his juniors and respects ACP very much.
Since I have to choose only one option I an choosing option no. 4.

Be it Abhijeet...be it Aditya sir..be it SRK... be it Daya .....be it CID...i love them for no complete reason!!! I can write essay on each one of them. i can admire them for whatever they do. i can cry for them...i can spend an entire day dreaming about them!!! God only knows WHY!😃😆😆

Daya the personality...someone whose background has been always kept in a messy situation by FW ....yet beautifully portrayed in the "present"( here it means, the CID OFFICER in general...not present episodes!)....his affection towards the team and his lovely gestures...one can never get over him!☺️

So let me answer now.
The first reason for me to fall in love with inspector Daya's character is his brave nature.....he wont care for his life in helping others....he is so sympathetic to persons whom he cares and will do anything for them.

He dont have the nature of being angry by his heart, and will forget that in a minute....his mind is so pure and innocent....his purity of mind can be seen in episodes like trail in london , blind witness etc.eventhough daksh was against him ,he care for him too.

He wont say a word to Sonali or Purvi after the two betrayed him...sonaly in real and purvi by misbehaving to his friend. He is always respectful to womenhood, an incredible quality of him.

His friendship....he wont comand anyone, just instruct them , thats all. And wont hurt anyone if possible. He was silent in acp giraftari, flash back,accused officer etc. In 'case of frame up' he was the only one who supports sudhakar.he wont spoke against fredy, and friendly to vivek

He enjoys his work,never complaints and is dedicated....and a best detective, intelligent and smart.

He is handsome and strong too....
