Your discription of the story and scene as marvallos but when write some crime story u must concentrate on main clprit as visrom said i agreed with her.Yes you ned to add some action in chasing sanghmitra.That part is rushed and some how ignored.But like discription very much.You have mastery on worlds which is the majore point of writing and another thing is you can dipict the emotions very well and the amibiance we can feel the scene.This is the sign of Professional write rather than gr8 writer.stil I say whenever you write decteive story u must gave maximm imortanat to investigation procedure,clu,action of CID offciers.Even in our story we have lack so many areas.still have time to improve ....I must say I am you fan becase of our lanaguage your way of writting and story ideas hatts of to you still I wanted you should give attention to investigation part.
