People are not only lifting poems but videos too and are very nicely adding their name tags on it. You cannot do much about it. Believe me, there is no way you can put off such actions. No matter how much you rely on new techniques/codes there will always be a loophole that the one with a dire motive will eventually dig it out.

Creating topics and accusing the member will not do any good. In fact this will only push him to do you more harm to your work.

As Prabha suggested, when you share your work in the internet, be sure that your work will be ripped off. It's a daily occurrence sadly. One thing you can do is share selective poems and PM the rest to your dear friends. That way the poems who have worked on the most will always be safe in their respective inboxes. This is no reason to stop writing poems; it's a huge loss to the creativity of our section. Please do not let the wrong doers win the game. You should take it as a lesson and move on for your friends who clearly appreciate your work in here.
