Found some pics from Greater Noida's Panchami Ramleela was inaugurated by Shri Arvind Trivedi on 12 Oct 2010

Sunil Lahiri (Ramayan Fame) being presented Momento by Aditya Ghildyal..Greater Noida's Panchami Ramleela was inaugurated by Shri Arvind Trivedi Ravan Character of Ramayan, on this occassion Surendra Pal Dronacharya of Mahabharat, Sunil Lahiri -Laxman of Ramayan , Sardar Manjeet Singh President of Shri Ramleela Committee, Shri Bijender Pal Singh Arya , General Secretary, Advocate Mukesh Kumar Sharma were present amongst others.

Greater Noida's Panchami Ramleela was inaugurated by Shri Arvind Trivedi Ravan Character of Ramayan, on this occassion Surendra Pal Dronacharya of Mahabharat, Sunil Lahiri -Laxman of Ramayan , Sardar Manjeet Singh President of Shri Ramleela Committee, Shri Bijender Pal Singh Arya , General Secretary, Advocate Mukesh Kumar Sharma were present amongst others. 12.10.10

Yes this a very recent photo taken on 12th Oct 2010. Yeah and he is looking really wonderful here and I am so happy to see Trivedi Sir.

Actually last week I did see the opening credits of this series while changing the channels. SO I just checked burrpTV site. It seems it is aired on Thu 10:30 - 11:00 PM on DD1 but schedules of DD1 on BurrpTV or Tata Sky are mostly incorrect, so I can't be sure.

But I don't think they are acting in it, they are just producing it together going by this article.

Famous TV actor Arun Govil, who played the role of Ram in milestone TV serial Ramayan, has decided to quit acting and start producing serials fo small screen. And the first TV serial he has produced is making records on Doordarshan.

Well, what's so sweet is that Arun Govil and Sunil Lahiri are still in touch and friends even 20 years after Ramayan. 😊

Wonder if our duo will be like this 20 years later.

oh no....you made me 😍 again....but CID will not end even after 20 years yaar 😛

when Ramayana was on aired, i can't see that. I watch it through sony max, i guess. and I can recollect many memorable scenes. good t know that you all love sunil lahiri as I do.

and i saw him in a latest episode of comedy circus.

I am so happy we discussed about Sunil Lahiri. Got to see him in recent pictures too. Aww I miss my actors whose work play a big part in my childhood.

I am very very curious to know who played Sugreev. I could never see his real face. In the last epsiode of Uttar Ramayan for a second you get to see his real face when they are supposed to leave this earth and go with lord Vishnu.
